Sammy Naghi
HEAD OF IMMIGRATION
As I lead the team at Aspire Australia as the Head of Immigration, I bring a depth of experience with over 20 years in the Australian migration space.
I’m a dual-qualified Immigration Solicitor admitted in Australia and the United Kingdom with experience in complex immigration and regulatory matters.
I have represented thousands of clients across more than 24 countries in range of visa categories which include skilled, family, business, and investor applications. I have a proven track record of a 98% success rate and a practice built almost entirely on referrals.
I specialise in complex cases, skills assessments, difficult visa applications, and situations where clients have already been told no. These include people in immigration detention, with criminal convictions, with medical issues, with PIC 4020 fraud findings, and anyone who has received a negative outcome and needs experienced representation to challenge it.
Corporate clients have included The Guardian and Sapphire Systems.
But the work I find most meaningful is with individuals who believe they’ve run out of options. This is where I do my best work.
I value honesty, integrity, and straight advice. If there’s a path forward, I’ll find it. If there isn’t, I’ll let you know too.

Antonietta (Toni) Borso
CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR
My name is Antonietta, but everyone calls me Toni. I’ve been part of the Aspire Australia family since 2021, though my connection to the business goes back more than 20 years.
I was born in Rome and moved to Australia permanently in 1997, so I understand firsthand what it means to make that journey. I also lived through the process of getting my husband here after we met overseas, which gave me a very personal appreciation of just how complex the road to an Australian visa can be. I still speak Italian fluently.
For me, work has always been about making a difference. The hours we spend at work are too many to not feel like they matter, and supporting clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives is something I find genuinely meaningful.
Outside of work, I’m at the gym, out running, or on a long beach walk with Lumi, our rescue dog. I’m also a committed vegan with a love of Indian food and a weakness for pizza.

Nayonika Bhattacharya
CONSULTANT - CHIDIAC LEGAL
I’m a budding lawyer with a big heart, bold ideas, and a bookshelf that’s almost as full as my calendar. As a proud migrant, I’m passionate about breaking down systemic barriers and making sure people from all walks of life—no matter their language, culture, or story—feel truly seen, heard, and supported when navigating the complex migration system.
With a background in family law, conveyancing, wills and estates law, youth engagement, and policy work, I bring compassion, community spirit, and strong advocacy skills to everything I do. I’m committed to helping clients navigate complex systems while staying grounded in who they are and where they come from.
And when I’m not drafting, supporting, or empowering, I’m probably reaching for another book or on the hunt for a new matcha spot somewhere in Sydney!
